Hacking NTR on cartridge

If I boot Gateway mode it won't read my cartridge, but if I boot Classic mode it won't open NTR. Is there a way to use NTR's overclock on cartridges? Thanks.

If I press Clean Mode both screens go black and I have to hold the power button to reset.

I tried but it simply throws you back in sys and then loads your game automatically, therefore NTR won't be active. Sad face
