Can NTR be started on boot rather than through an app on the home menu?

Does A9LH still work? (It should) Try holding Select on boot to open Luma's settings. It could just be that you copied the firmware wrong or something else with a simple file error.

Alright, so if I'm on 11.0, and am using Luma3DS with updated sysNand and no emuNand, what firmware files do you need to get NTR working? Does it work at all? Using the Shadowtrance version before anyone asks.

Does installing the 10.2 NATIVE_FIRM break online or anything of the like? Not a big fan of franken-firmwares.

Make sure you're using ntr 3.3 by shadowtrance

If you mean the configuration which starts with the select button, I have this:

• "Autoboot SysNAND"
• "SysNAND is updated"
• "Force A9LH detection"
• "Show current NAND in System Settings"
• "Show GBA boot screen in patched AGB_FIRM"

EDIT: I just attach you mine and see yourself, just rename it to config.bin

i tried plenty of other people advice. even download and install directly off fbi but with no luck.
