Homebrew NTR CFW doesn't work on N3DS on 11.2

I wanted to try out the video streaming with NTR CFW but it doesn't boot up correctly. It says that the Home Menu version is unsupported but I downloaded this fork of NTR

I also copied the ntr.bin file on my SD. Did I miss any steps?

In the readme on the github page it says you have to build the cia, never done this before, but why would I have to since there's direct downloads for the cias?
Oh and what's the difference between FONZD and PabloMK7 Banner?

You should be able to just scan the qr code and be good to go.

The only difference of the two js the banner that shows in home menu. Just pick one and install it.
And no need to build the cias, as there is pre-compiled binaries for download in the releases page
