Because the DLC forum post said to use NTR to load the DLC's? otherwise it dosen't work.

No this is not a "CFW" it's more of a plugin system that runs in the background

This DOESN'T boot into emunand like RxTools. NTR CFW is installed via a CIA file. When you launch it, it patches the system for that boot cycle (eg. temporarily), and stays on the NAND you were on. If you did it on sysnand, you'll still be on sysnand, and if you did it on emunand, you'll still be on emunand.

This is NOT a full CFW replacement. It's more like an extension to a CFW you're already using.

Does NTW CFW work with Reinand 10.3? Want to get the language plugin back up and working as well as whatever awesome plugins might be available.
