ROM Hack [NTR] Bravely Second : End Layer [EUR]

So... how are you supposed to use this? I have it in the proper folder directory and I'm using NTR to activate it, but it doesn't seem to be working. I just want the infinite pg effect really, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything in-game. I've tried renaming the plugin to cheat.plg, BD.plg, and speedfly.plg as people have mentioned but it doesn't have any effect on the game. I'm also using the uncensor plugin for the game and that works, but I've tried removing it to see if there was a conflict with this cheat or something but it still doesn't work.
