What FW are you on?
im on 5.1.0

How did you acquire Vs Super Mario Bros? Did you use a website (I know linking is not allowed) or did you download it using CDNSP? I am having trouble finding CDNSP and then i'd have to learn how to use it....this is why I tried using other people's files that had been dumped and it didn't work. Which is odd, I got Fast RMX to work just fine...
i used a MEGA link from a list on a site

Yea, i used a MEGA link as well, it isn't working for me at all. Tried to install my Fast RMX game again to make sure something wasn't corrupted....but, I guess I'll try out the South Park method instead....UGH....

is the southpark method described somewere ?
I got the devmenu files from one of venoms releases the game was ACA NEOGEO Aero Fighters 2 NSW-VENOM - 101.97 MB

Put the folder sxos on the root of sdcard

eShop .nsp Install Instructions/Example at current state of the art |

Requirements: You have 2 options installing our eShop releases
1) Pokemon Quest from eShop (free!) using official firmware
2) South Park: The Fractured But Whole (.xci release by BigBlueBox)
Boot into your licensed SX OS v1.3 custom firmware.
Unzip devmenu.zip (included) to the root of your SD card
Run Pokemon Quest / or / South Park to start DevMenu.
Install from SD: select our .nsp package
Exit game or restart SX OS. Start new game icon and enjoy playing!
Online access to game updates currently possible (even banned ones)
For complete offline installation use the South Park method.

Note: other games from your library may work as replacement
if you adjust the DevMenu on SD card with other Title ID
: Maybe next time you can naturally load the .nsp from SX OS

South Park is forcing me to download the update before I can even load it....however, that may be because I have played South Park on the system before and it's forcing me to do the update for it to even attempt to load...even if it is supposed to be loading DevMenu (if I did everything right)

All my games says it wants a update but I just hit start anyways.

When I tried to load it, it had the cloud icon next to it, but i'm sure that's because I had done the update in the past on it....if my system gets banned, I don't really care because come September, it will be a paid service. If I want to play online, i'll just buy another Switch. Splatoon 2 is the only game I have that I play online and I have a cartridge of it

yeah, switch games don't "force" updates, just nag you if you don't (for offline anyway, for online you likely need to, but you're gonna get banned going online to play anyway)

Well...even with South Park loading DevMenu, it's not working...got another version of Arcade Archives Vs Super Mario Bros.nsp, gonna try it....

EDIT....IT WORKS! Apparently the version(s) I had before were bad downloads or something!

I don’t want to be banned I do like Mario kart & splatoon online shenanigans, it’s a good crack! Apart from I lost all my saved data, had to send my switch to Nintendo for a repair job and they wiped everything clean and didn’t back it up thanks Nintendo! Hours of Mario odyssey and Zelda, Splatoon lost forever I was not a happy bunny.. yes my sd card was in the switch but they said they could not find it.

If my SD Card was taken like that, someone would be gettin they wig split.

I installed the Splatoon dlc last night I got the itchy trigger finger niggers! Anyway yes it installed but when I played Splatoon for a while exited the game it went ahead and downloaded the dlc straight from eshop and installed don’t know why because in theory it’s already installed but it did also if you try and boot the game on ofw you get an error would you like Nintendo to know about this error “no thanks” which of course I would not know about until I tried. I’m a bit worried I’ve f**kd up! I can smell a ban coming on..
