NSP files are personalized?

Hello,

The NSP files are personalized? For example, if I and my friend bought the same game on the eShop and both of our make a backup (with DBI), the NSP files are absolutely identical (same md5 hash)? If no (How do nsp sharing sites do it?), the big N can track which Switch it was downloaded from?

If you dump them with DBI they will be not personalized and should be the same.

could've been for a number of reasons, different region, xci convert...

The comments should be the same, but the certificates could be different. And if you dump two completely legal version of the game from two different consoles. The NSP should be different because the tickets, the internal contents will be the same but the certificates and tickets not.

Some Dumpers can remove the unique tickets and use unsigned certificates which will result in identical NSP from different consoles
