Looks like it's a PC based xci to nsp converter? Wonder what the cfw options are for. Who reads Taiwanese?

Well it does say 'Game and patch explorer" which implies its a PC based xci explorer. So I think at best it might convert xci to nsp, but at worst its just some sort of patching application? No idea what its patching though, other than for specific CFW's? Which is confusing.

Might mean "patch" as in "update", ie game update nsps?

A Chinese reader here...
This seems to be just simply a xci/nsp file manager used to manage the xci/nsp files you have on your microsd...I don't see any options for converting xci/nsp though.
