For awhile now everyone was justifying wanting to update to get Flip Note studio and I really didn't get it until I decided to update (I have a DS lite and m3i zero so I'll be able to update both ways). First thing I noticed was it was free, next thing I noticed was it's a really good way to kill time, and finally it's advanced interface that allows really good comic editing (and the addition of songs).

Also the online service is really cool alot of people have posted alot if cool comics it's like youtube for the DSi.

Even if it weren't free, I would still freaking love this tool.
It's a killer and I can make some awesome animations out of it, I love drawing on the DSi screens, Flipnote or Phidias.

    I mean look:

Yah and I loved the advanced options how you can copy, move, paste, select and move and there's layers too. Some of the stuff on Hatena are just amazing!

You guys are so lucky you have a DSi... I wish there was a homebrew flipnote for DSlite.

There's flickbook, but it doesn't compare.

Yeah I agree. But flickbook isn't that great. It makes the animations bad and its also harder to use.
