ROM Hack Notebook?

I have had my modchip for a few months now, and was wondering if maybe the homebrew makers could make a notebook on the NDS. Perhaps a keyboard on the touch screen (obvious reasons), and maybe a .txt or .rtf format so you can put it onto notepad and transfer it to word, or wordperfect. thanx much.
