Hacking "not moving" CBHC/Haxchi

When the guide says never to move these, does it means to/from sysNAND/USB or does it mean move the icon around the home screen (or both)?

You can move the icon to different page. I hid mine far to the right deep in a folder. But you can't move it to USB. I think the latest HaxChi won't let you move it to USB anyway

Move into a folder on sysnand with all the other useless app's & leave it be.
