Hacking "Normal" cheats on SCDS2

Which of the cheat files does the SCDS2 use and where on SD do you have to place it?

usrcheat.dat and put it right into the "-dstwo" folder

For gba codes put it in the " NDSGBA ,gamecht" folder

Does anyone know of a cheat pack, like the one Berthenk linked to, except with just the names and not the numbers? (GBATemp keeps every variation except the one I'm looking for)
