Just download it, place it in the 3ds folder of your memcard, launch it with HBL
and follow the on screen instructions
final result is a no more Bootstrap9, or is it?

I second this. It initially looks to me like it is a "b9s remover/any 3DS homebrew remover" tool instead of doing it yourself manually. I would like to know what it does exactly as well.

A quick look at the code and this does nothing but display a png of "press any button to remove b9s".
Pressing a button just exits the app.
Tada, it does nothing. Waste of githubs hard drive space.

If that's the case, why does it say "it's a b9s removal tool, or is it?". Some may think it just hides b9s, or something along those lines. Also, I'm not sure if this should be encouraged in the 3ds hb scene. Many people believe there best option is removing b9s while in reality the chameleon mod does the trick. That or hb injection.
