Homebrew Noobish questions about N3ds

Hi all!
So I have an o3ds on 9.2 sysnand and am using rxtools, which is working fine.
But as the new monster hunter is coming out, I've splashed out on the new 3ds that it comes with and have a few questions.

1. how do I do a system transfer from my o3ds to my N3ds? (I'd rather not update them both to latest firmware)
2. Will there be any issues if I wanted to transfer everything from my o3ds (which is hacked) to my normal n3ds? (will it brick it by sending hacked o3ds stuff to a none hacked n3ds?)
3. If I do the transfer successfully, will my MHGen file (that comes pre installed) still be there?
4. Do I have to hack my n3ds to make all of this work?
5. I've not looked for a while and am starting to look into it, but what is the success rate of hacking a N3DS these days? As I am really tempted to hack it so I can use that new streaming function.

I hacked my new 3DS xl without problems, its pretty straight forward. Downgrade to 9.2 using plaisysupdater, set up emunand, downgrade emunand to 2.1, uste the OTPHelper one click setup, install A9LH, and then restore your backup using hourglass9. All with the Plailect bible.

That's good to hear, do you have any links for me to look into concerning all of that?
Also will I be able to transfer stuff from my o3ds to it? And still keep the MHGen game that comes pre installed?

You might want to format your N3DS before following this, it deduces the chance of a brick.

Onve you have CFW set up on your N3DS, you should be able to do a system transfer. All your illegitimate games and DLC will be lost (i.e. CIA's), but the saves will stay, and hence, you can reinstall them. I don't think I heard of an rxTools system transfer to Luma3DS, so remember to make NAND backups first, this should be interesting. About the MHGen game, you could download the legit CIA from freeShop, or some other place that makes you feel like what your doing is legal. Good luck!

Is it possible to transfer it all from the hacked o3ds to a none hacked N3ds? Wouldn't wanna risk bricking

You can transfer all the stuff you got legitimately, but stuff like A9LH and your "legit" cias and all that jazz will be lost. You have to install A9LH on the new device through the full process.
