I have a 5TB WD easystore external hard drive that i am hoping to be able to use for nintendont/gamecube games on my wii. I have all of the software downloaded onto the SD card but i have space for like 5-6 gamecube games on the SD card after that. Am i able to use that external HD to boot the games from? I partitioned it into fat32 but that only allowed for 10 or so games before it was full so i thought i'd be able to create a second partition into the same fat32 but the games did not show up in nintendont. I don't know much about softmods so the fact i got this far is a pat on my back so any advice is greatly appreciated.

FAT32 gets nutty with data over 2TB, I use a smaller 2TB Seagate portable hard drive and a Y-Cable, all my GameCube and Wii games run fine and that is way over 10 and growing as I rip my disks, starting with GameCube and a few larger Wii games, but as I rip I have no problems, going with a single 2TB drive works well, when you past 2TB FAT32 will fight you. If you have problems try 2TB and a Y-Cable or a powered USB hub or a powered drive if needed, 3.0 USB stuff needs a lot of power and might fight you harder.
