Can someone tell me the difference. Thanks.
3DS ROMs are dumped versions of those on game Cartridges. They can be run using Flashcarts. (Dangerous to play online with)
CIAs are installable to the HOME Menu. (Are detected as normal games; safe to play online with)
For 3ds roms you need a gateway or a sky3ds, cias can be installed on a 3ds without a flashcard (with cfw, that is)
Well I'm planning to get myself an SD card, the one included in my new 2DS will be too small I guess (only 4GB) and then I have to do Emunand, so I can use .CIA's, right?
Yes. What FW are you on?
First step would be to downgrade to 9.2.0 I think.
I'm afraid of going online for the browserhax and then menuhax, so I will be using OOThax with power saves, unless someone can assure me the system will not update automatically? -_- my biggest fear.

Oh I have seen your video earlier today already! Nice, so you are the guy from inside the video? Thanks for all the help!
Off topic: you have such a great voice!
Yes, thats me. no problem
Usually people say the opposite about my voice, but thanks
Clearly those people who say that have no taste whatsoever (and you shouldn't hangout with them) :-)
