No you can't. The only way to play PSX games on a PSP is via a PSP 1000 and 2000 models. PSP 3000 models cannot have permanent CFW, which means you cannot play PSX games. Only the earlier models can have permanent CFW which will allow you to have the plugin called POPS to play PSX games. Sorry to tell ya the bad news.

You can get FFVII from the PSN network. That just means you have to buy it.

Also does playing on the PSP improves the graphics?i heard some ppl saying it does.

They're exactly the same. The only benefit is playing on a tiny LCD screen which gives an impression of cleaner visuals than whatever television they probably owned with their original Playstation.
