I don't know much about Nofarforme, but:

• If the corrupted file you mean is the save file from the game, first, you should try testing it in an emulator (for example) to make sure it wasn't already corrupted when you used Nofarforme. Also, try copying the file, so if it ends up corrupted, you can retry as many times as you want.
• If the corrupted file is the resulting of Nofarforme, it may be your fault, you can try downloading it again to make sure nothing is wrong with your files, but after that, you should read a guide of the program.
