Hacking No NNID

Hey Guys my O3ds has no NNID in System Settings.

Can i install a NNID CIA?
When yes, what is the Cia Number?

Nintendo Can't help me.

Console is 11.0 A9lh

Try doing a system update to 11.1 or a system format.
If it doesn't restore it try doing a ctrnand downgrade to 9.2 and then manually update to 11.1 or just update using 3dnus files for 11.1 (your right region, version and type of console)

No its Sysnand.
I Have it. I Have Downloadet the 11.0 Firmware Files. than have i Deleted the System Settings and Install the new System Setting.
My NNID Applet is Back XD
