EDIT: UPDATE: i emailed them, and here is the reply i got:

it doesn\'t work on the latest DSi models, and too many noobs don\'t read, buy it, and then complain they have to find someone with a DS lite to update the card for it to work

also, there are some legal issues surrounding it, and unless nintendo back off, we cant stock it

seems a bit soft....i can understand the legal issues being a problem, but the fact that people were complaining because they didn't read the info on the site about updating the card is just a lame excuse if you ask me......plus, they are still stocking cards with the R4 brand on them...

any other good AU based retailers for AceKard2i??

Or charge $1 more like leetmod does. Surely it would save you guys time from noobs.

im pretty sure the way they were getting round the grey legalities of the whole thing was by not including any firmware on the cards in the first place due to it using proprietary nintendo code...still though, it doesn't make sense that they still have the R4s.....
