Hacking No instant game save for Nanostay 2? Supercard 2

I was playing Nanostay 2 on my Supercard 2 and I was a point where I wanted to save where I was and stop playing. But in the Supercard 2 menu the save icon was grayed out. How come I wasn't able to do a instant game save?

Your on the simple real-time menu (a menu that you can open whenever you want because sometimes in games the normal one won't open)

Try pressing L+R+start (or select) and you might get to the normal menu
