No HDMI output after installing isfshax

I installed isfshax onto my Wii U and have the Aroma custom firmware running. When I power on my console, the purple LED shows and I used minute.ini to autoboot into isfs.

But now, my Wii U doesn't display anything over HDMI. I can display over composite cables, but nothing over HDMI.

Things I've tried:
Ejecting the SD card and booting that way
Changing the resolution in System Settings to HDMI / 1080p. It always says "Unable to change resolution. Reverting back to previous setting", because it can never detect that a TV is on and connected without anything outputing over HDMI
Aroma Wii U Video Mode Changer Port 2.0. Changing the output resolution with this tool to HDMI 1080p freezes the console completely

My GamePad displays when booting the console with these mods installed. If I remove the minute.ini file, the console boots with the purple LED but the GamePad doesn't connect. Additionally, when trying to blindly navigate and press the Eject button to select an option, nothing happens no matter how many times I've tried.

I'm really at a loss of what could be causing this issue. I feel like I'm almost there with having everything set up and modded (Aroma, Tiramisu, and isfshax), but I don't want to only be able to play games off my Wii U. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Disable minute auto boot for now, can the minute menu be displayed while powered on?

It is unlikely caused by ISFShax, maybe circuit fault around HDMI chip.

I'm unsure if the minute menu is displayed while powered on after disabling autoboot. Nothing displays over HDMI. I have tried blind navigating to boot with autoboot disabled, but nothing happens
