Hacking No find system files

Today I started to play "3264 - B Team - Metal Cartoon Squad (E) (Independent)" and when I return to the menu (soft reset) I lost all visibility of the skin. Everything was black but I read a few things. Then I rebooted my 3DS, start the card and shows me the message "NO FIND SYSTEM FILES"

Why?

Everything was in order. Everything worked before.

I tried removing and putting the microSD and nothing happens. Then I wanted to see the files on my PC, when I realize that the memory had lost the format. The memory is a Sony 4GB HC Class 4.

I did not want to format because I will lose my files, but apparently I can not recover it.

Will this happen again? Should I use a 2GB memory? Any suggestions?

I never use sony, nokia and kingston nsd cards bcuz of constant problens in the past. Try different nsd.

Format using the Panasonic SD formatter, the size of the SD card doesn't matter. The Sony card should be fine as long as you're sure it's legitimate.
