hello I’m to believe there is no bootstrap on my r4i 3ds card I’m not quite sure what this means but there is no game when I put the cart in my ds is there anyway to fix this?

you need to restore the card after ntrboot has been flashed to it

I was guessing this but ntrboot flasher doesn’t read that there is a cart in the slot and godmode says 0bytes in C: Cart
So I’m not sure what to do

Rip I must of done something wrong then.. idk rip me lucky I got some new ones coming thenthe card may be faulty then, not much you can do about it
