Superawesome, which games exist to this console alone that's worth trying?

This emulator is great, many thanks to the devs. I never could afford a Turbo Express, but now I can play China Warrior, Bonk's Adventure series, Ninja Spirits, Devil's Crush, Legendary Axe, and all the other great PCengine games on my DS. Tested, approved, and very happy. Thanks again.

It's amazing, but how to play the CD's? Compressed in ISO, RAR, ISO+mp3.

Anyone have the solution? I have the good bios, it's a beginning.

Is it just me, or do most of the games run very slow?

Bonk's Revenge, etc.

I should also mention how ecstatic I am that this project finally came to DS.

to play the cd you can do iso+mp3 works for me..you have to load the iso first from cd and then load the bios from hucard and it'll work..for J games 3.00 works fine and so does 3.01 for U cd based games

I wanted to play pac-land on this but it didn't work and it seemed the bonk games didn't work either, maybe Iam doing something wrong, thought this was for turbographx

Didja read the readme?

This is a PC-Engine/TurboGrafx-16 emulator for the NDS, it can also
emulate some of the (Super) CD-ROM^2 & Arcade Card.
All games are not perfect, (alot of US games doesn't work because they are encrypted,
use PCEToy or the emulator ootake to decrypt these before you use them).
Don't use overdumps as these are evil on PC Engine.

Try and find US roms with and "h" on the file name. Instead of "Legendary Axe, The (U)", get "Legendary Axe, The (U) [h1]", etc.

edit, I found some on a site I frequent, and they worked, the bonks and pac-land, might get air zonk too, I liked that but I never have been able to beat it, close several times tho

I don't see many people posting feedback, so I'm wondering if I'm the only one noticing that a lot of roms just seem to run slightly slower than they are supposed to. All of the Bonk games, Legendary Axe II... it really just seems like most of them.

I have yet to try Bomberman '93.
I almost put '96.

Anyways, it's great that this is up and running. All we need now is an Intellivision emulator! TRON FTW

The only issue ive had with this is that it does not work on DSI.

I tried this on my DSI XL and it did not load the menu no matter what i tried.

But then i tried the same files on my phat ds, and it worked great.

I really hope they will fix it in future for this, as personally i love so many of the turbografx16 games. I do agree, the speed sometimes is slightly out, but all in all, its a brilliant early attempt i think.

Huh? I'm using this emulator on my Bronze DSi XL with no problems (excluding the gimped scaling feature).

Long shot here:

The developer of NitroGrafx noted in the readme that Y's Book 1 & 2 "works." I've tried the bios files of 3.0 and 3.01, and while both load the game, I can't get the audio to load to save my life.

So has anybody got Y's Book 1 & 2 to load the mp3 audio, and if so, please share your method with me. My download of Y's has 1 ISO, many mp3 files, and a couple of .cue files pertainging to the audio tracks. Any positive results, and or, info on how to get this amazing game playing would be greatly appreciated.

I just realized that the audio was working for Y's the whole time, but music or sound doesn't kick in until you start a new game. I find it odd that the title screen and into completely lack sound. I've never played this game before, so I'm not sure if this is normal. Once again, this is one of the best emus on DS.
