Homebrew Nitro Hax Cheat List Null

I was trying to get Wfc on my Cardtrige of Soulsilver, and when I try to use the codes for Soulsilver, the cheatlist shows nothing. Edit: (Found the problem. I forgot to rename the file.)

Well, how are you launching your game? TWLoader? Action Replay? Nitrohax?

Im trying to enable Action Replay Codes from Nitrohax and boot the game using NitroHax. (I am using the lastest version of Nitrohax and usrcheat.xml for said cheats. I deleted every code except for the Main title Pokemon games on the Ds)
