Nippon Ichi operating profit down 97.5%

I haven't heard of that Trinity game, but I think putting Disgaea 3 on the PS3 wasn't so great. The PS3 is the least bought system atm, so they should've kept it on a lower scale system where more fans would probably be buying.

Anyways, I'm planning on getting a PS3 soon, so Disgaea 3 will be my second game to buy for sure! Don't pirate NIS, peeps, NIS is bomb.

This isn't one of those cases where they had a phenomenal 2008, and compared to that 2009 is looking bad? Did they have a Massive title in 2008?

Yeah, I'm still waiting for someone to come in with the actual explanation for the drop in "operating profit". The closest thing I've seen is that they blew too much money on developing a PS3 game, but I don't know if that's true or if it would have that great an impact.
