Because of the sizes of iso's maybe? Plus I may sometimes use the drive as storage for me pc. USB loader GX supports it so why not nintendont?

One, this is not a problem but a request...
Two, Wii games can be split safely with Wii Backup Manager (or another tool).

Also all other homebrew has at least FAT support so that is the preferred support for Nintendont too, plus i heard the NTFS library used by homebrew is not always that stable.

***ninja'd again...

Nintendont's kernel runs on the ARM core and has limited memory space. There would probably have to be a different version for every file system.

NTFS on the Wii is nowhere near as mature as FAT32.

There is no advantage to using NTFS unless you have to use it for computer storage. Other than that, FAT32 is a must for Wii usage.
Even for computer storage, fat32 is fine. The only issue is 4gb file size limitation, which isn't a big problem for most usages.

I finally updated the first post.
I did a new design, let me know if it's good or bad.

If you notice error or missing information too.
I wrote it quickly, there's probably typo and few errors.
you can delete the cache thing, fix disabled the custom cache files long ago since nintendont has its auto cache enabled since early 100s.

Probably a good idea to note in the features summery that "GBA-link controller support" is Wii only.

having a dedicated HDD for Wii/WiiU with FAT32 only could be easier.
HDD are not that expansive and worth to dedicate per console if you plan to store a lot of games. it also prevent swapping when playing a different console.
You can always make partition too.

there is still a mention on the custom cachetext on the overview stuff.

This bit:

  • Works on Wii and vWii on Wii U
  • Full speed loading from an USB device, or a SD card
  • Loads 1:1 gamecube ISO -recommended format-
  • Loads compressed gamecube .ISO disc images (NOT .CISO format!)
  • Loads gamecube games as extracted files system (FST)
  • Play Triforce arcade games ISO
  • Play games from Disc on GameCube compatible Wii! (Retail discs, single and multi-iso burned discs)
    Saves
  • Memory card support (Wii only)
  • Memory card emulation
  • Card support for Triforce games
There should be another space between "... multi-iso burned discs)" and "Saves" (same goes for the other bolded parts in that same section), otherwise it looks like "Saves" is part of the last line. Like this:

Just some more stuff

Add "Hori Battle Pad for Wii U [link]" to the working Bluetooth controllers.

Add a note that all of the Wii U gamecube adapter clones (like the mayflash one for example) all work

Add a note that if your bluetooth controller (Classic, Classic Pro, Wii U Pro) is not an official controller then it may have issues (this is the most common problem for new users using bluetooth controllers with Nintendont)

Add this under trouble shooting :
Question: Nintendont always freezes at Init DI
Answer: Update Nintendont to version v3.XX. If this doesn't work then try version v2.229
