the controller.zip has a file named B315_B315.ini for Thrustmaster Dual Analog 4
it should be 044F_B315.ini
just thought would let you know :)
Thanks. I'll fix it in the next update.

On another note, I'm sorry I haven't been working on Nintendont as much for the past week. I'm trying to start a small business and it's taking up a lot of my time (not to mention money), so this has taken a back seat.

Don't know if anyone reported this already: I have just updated Nintendont (using the internal updater) from v2.197 to v2.198 but still have v2.197. The new .dol file is downloaded to sd/apps/ninboot.dol, should be placed in sd/apps/nintendont/boot.dol.

Also, what's the nintitles.txt file used for?

I noticed that too. I guess that version.h wasn't updated.

EDIT: Didn't read the part that it was downloaded in the wrong place. It did the same for me. I thought that version.h wasn't updated again.

Is anybody else having this issue? Also, did you launch it from the HBC?

Thanks for getting this together, you missed a few I think are important though. If you don't mind could you get the widescreen cheat codes for these games that deshayzilla mentioned are on the devo list as well and post them together like you did in the quoted post? At the very least if it doesn't get implemented it'll be a great post to refer to for all the widescreen problematic games cheat codes.

- Phantasy Star Online (Episode 1+2)
- The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker (full game and demo)
- The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
- Resident Evil 4
- Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes
- Ultimate Spider-Man
Ok let me compile all those Widescreen codes and have them all in one post.
Hopefully, they can all be added hard-coded in the app, if not then it might be good to add them to the OP or the Nintendont website.

Hi , Can I play with 4 standard GC controllers? Does it have to be original ones?
My wii is backward compatible.
Thanks

That's your problem right there, you HAVE TO disable emumem for it to work otherwise it'll black screen!

Hi, still doesn't work, compared the md5 against the one in redump.org they are the same, I disable mem card emu through USB Loader GX. I'm using Nintendont 2.196 (because UStealth inclusion). Not sure what's happening...

Yes you can use up to 04 controllers. Once they are "wired third party" ones they will work (tested myself). Some wireless and wired third party controllers are known for not working.

whats with ps3 controller? i have tested it on all usb but he wont connect.

Read the info below that is on the first post of this thread:

Brief how to use said:
Install instructions

1. Create a Nintendont folder in your /apps/ folder (ex. SD:/apps/Nintendont)
2. Download the meta.xml file and place it in the same folder.
3. Download the loader.dol and rename it to boot.dol
4. re/place the boot.dol into Nintendont folder.

5. If you want to use a USB controller, select the correct controller file and rename it to "controller.ini". Place this file on the root of the device where your games are located.
Attention: If you are hiding known file's extensions on Windows, name the file "controller" only, or it will end being named "controller.ini.ini".

Since v2.191, Nintendont detects your controller and automatically selects the correct ini file. You can extract the controllers.zip content to the "controllers" folder located on the root of your device where your games are located.
example : SD:/controllers/0001.ini or USB:/controllers/0001.ini
The device:/controller.ini method still work, if you use only one controller you can continue to use this file.

6. If you want to use nintendont interface to launch games instead of using an external loader/front end, you can place Title.txt in nintendont folder to get proper game's titles instead of internal one.

hey quick question on the widescreen code setup, can't get them to work. Here is my setup:

USB:/sneek/kenobiwii.bin
USB:/games/Mario Kart Double Dash/game.iso
USB:/games/GM4E01/GM4E01.gct

Options in Nintendont, Cheats on and cheat path on. Is this right? Thanks in advance.

This is really odd, I tested it with r194 and r198 and it worked fine, though the memory card works sometimes and doesn't otherwise, when it doesn't I end up having to restore my back up again through GCMM for some reason which is tedious, I hope emumem support is added soon, this is one of the few games I rather have emumem support for it takes up a lot of space on real memory card!

On a different note, how do I set USB-Loader GX to use a different Nintendont dol for certain games? I wanna use r 164 for Sonic Adventure DX and Sonic Mega Collection Proto, and use r181 for Pac-Man World 2, Taxi 3, and Sonic Gems Collection, but for some reason whenever I change the path it always uses the regular version instead, I use Nintendont from SD and the games are from USB, does this matter?

I didn't have this issue when I tested earlier this morning, I used the internal update as well and it worked fine for me, using a regular Mios Wii!
These are the ones I hate. I can't reproduce it, but it's still affecting some people. Thankfully it's not something that breaks games.

I see no logical reason for it to not work, but I'll keep looking into it. My website is down and I can't do any work until it goes back up, so I should have free time.

ShadowOne333 sorry for the long reply. I'm using nintendont 2.198 with Need for speed HP2 right now and I have no problem so far, after 15 minutes in-game. I will give it an hour and so before stating the game is stable. The last time I played it was 45 minutes before it crashes :P

I will also retest burnout 2, just in case it didn't broke :)

See you later.
Hey sorry I just saw the reply. XD
Thanks for testing it!
I guess I will steal my cousin's NFS HP2 once again hahaha. XD
