shyt sorry. Its an SDHC card. I do also have an external hd with games on there as well. I actually do not notice any difference. Cause for a while I was going back and forth from the card to the hd to see if there was a difference. I know usb is faster but I have not noticed any difference. Maybe I need to put in a game with some good video.

The only game I noticed a lag was Mario Kart Double Dash during the opening intro video. Once I moved, using the SAME SD card, in a USB adapter, the lag was gone.

Maybe I need to take notice of these things.I try Mario Kart and see what happens.I got another off topic question.Every time I boot up the Wii U I get the system up date nag, I'm on 5.0.0 and I have the IPs blocked in the router, but I didn't have quick menu turn off, but the update does fail if I try.Can I reformat and turn off quick menu, will I not see the nag update anymore?

Thats good to know. I don't know if it makes a difference but my sd is the extreme version. 45mb/sec transfer rate.

I have found that the Wii U's internal SD Slot is slower than USB. I originally had my 32GB microSDHC Class 10 card in the Wii U's internal SD slot and the intro video for Mario Kart Double Dash lagged. Using the same SDHC card in a USB Card Reader in the Wii U's rear USB slot the lag is gone. Based on this, I believe the internal SD slot is slower.

Any reason you are not updating? I am using a Wii U at 5.2.0 with no issues. I installed the Homebrew Channel at 5.1.2 along with some cIOS's for vWii and then updated no problem to 5.2.0.

My bad, I'm using Nintendont on Wii not Wii U. I'm going to try this right now and see if the game on the hd is better than the sd.

Just haven't.I thought once you passed 5.0.0 you can't install homebrew channel again.

Ok dude, are talking about the video on the opening of the game. I have to be honest, this looks like its running perfect and this is through my sd. Also I am doing this on the Wii and not Wii U.

Just to confirm. V195 playing MKDD(disc ex) on SD runs the same as off USB on the Wii. No judder at all on both. My card is a 32G class 10 extreme 45mb/sec. HD is a 750G seagate.

v2.196
Add hack for PacMan World 2 to force the SiInit true.

I just found the change that broke it in v2.183 (thanks to whoever updated the last version in the compatibility list to the correct version). I then added a hack for this game. I haven't explored why it needs it.

Also, I have been unable to reproduce the real memcard corrupting on PSO III. Anyone who uses it should use GCMM or similar to backup their entire memory card (raw) so they can put it back if necessary.

if this Sinit was broken in 183 shouldnt it be better fix it for all games since pac man world2 might not be the only one affected?
any news on why pso doesnt boot with mcemu on btw?

From v2.183 changelog:
-wait for PADInit to be called before reporting data in PADRead, fixes games
like ghost recon

The change fixes Ghost Recon. I don't know what other games it fixes.

Also, regarding the second question:
Be careful, or I'll have to hit you with Mrs. Snow:

soz about that and yeah ghost recon was a very wierd game it only booted when a gc controller wasnt plugged in thats why that padinit was made to do that but i guess some games didnt like it like pac man world 2 or something.

guessing rev 187 needed another kind of exception for the pac man world 2 case? it seems that is related to the sinit stuff too incase pad init isnt found.

Just to double check, are you using the per-game settings? It's when you click on the gear icon after selecting a game, where the big "Play" button is? It's right below the game's banner.
Thanks for your help. Yes I was doing exactly as you said. However I have solved the problem. I tried the mastermod by Abdallah and it now works perfectly. Their was obviously something slightly not right about my copy of wiiflow 1075.

Sorry about that, I know what you mean, my sisters would kill me if I ruined the memory card, they kicked my ass when they lost their Chao Garden once!
That reminds me of something that to my siblings memory card. My sister was leveling up a chao for years it was our most skilled chao and then one day while one of us was cleaning our sibling swept up the memory card (no idea what exactly happpend to it but we all guess that it swept up and thrown away because on that exact day is when it disappeared) So my sister was upset because they had so much data and the chao. So in tribute to the lost chao we got a new chao and gave it the same name as chao on the memory card that got swept up. So the chao would never be forgotten. (I think unless that was another chao) Sorry for getting off topic.
