I have found that the controller.ini file must be in the USB drive too. This is not writen in help.

Adeka already gave you an answer but just to clear something up, I'll say that this info is written right there in the first post.

Install instructions

1-4: Download the latest released package and extract it to your /apps/ folder.
or
1. Create a Nintendont folder in your /apps/ folder (ex. SD:/apps/Nintendont)
2. Download the meta.xml file and place it in the same folder.
3. Download the loader.dol and rename it to boot.dol
4. re/place the boot.dol into Nintendont folder.
5. If you want to use a USB controller, select the correct controller file and rename it to "controller.ini". Place this file on the root of the device where your games are located.

Mmmm... Weird.
I left the cheats file in the folder WITHOUT namng it with only the ID, and somehow I had all 9 chapters opened and vehicles in F-Zero GX, that's not normal, right?
Did the cheats implementation changed to anything that the folder is named to?

I do have all my ISOs shrunk to save space, that could be the cause of this issue! Thanks for verifying it works on a non-shrunk ISO.
So how do you go about converting a shrunk iso using disc-ex format for dios mios back into a 1:1 iso so it will work without issues with Nintendont?

Some cheats work and some don't on r1.101-108. It does use the same Gecko format as DM right?

One question: Will homebrew supported later on? Like maybe being able to swiss in Wii mode? I tried doing that and it powered my Wii off.

Damn O.O
I didn't know about that method of extracting the roms and then creating a iso with that rom only.

Can the same thing be done for other collection packages? Like Gems Collections or so?
Sonic Gems Collection is slightly different, instead of having the extra games in tgc(iso) there's only the dol for each game.
You'd have to make a copy of the game with main.dol swapped for the game you want, however this doesn't work for Sonic CD because it uses the main settings save which needs to be loaded first.

But disregard all of this Nintendont can already load the three games really well. You should test it with v1.108 as the previous versions still gave some crashes, usually when exiting to the main menu.
The Game Gear and Genesis games still have a high chance of crashing when being loaded.

That loading time for Paper Mario 2 is so freaking amazing.

I've tested the Kiosk Demo of Paper Mario 2 with Widescreen enabled. Black bars in a cutscene (this doesn't bother me one bit). I cannot go back to 4:3 for this game now.

To anyone who manages the wiki. I will update my submission for Paper Mario RPG in the morning. I am extremely tired.

Testing games on v1.08+ with ps3 controller when a game freezes or blackscreens the ps3 controller stays connected i have to hold down the PS button to turn it off. Does not really matter though just glad its fixed.

These are games that have always froze?

I'm trying v1.109 and first thing I notice is widescreen hack doesn't work
Anyone confirm this?

Tried 1.101 / 1.108 / 1.109 on both SD / USB card,

Resident Evil Rebirth US release gets frozen after the first movie clip. any thoughts?

v1.80?

can you skip the cutscene?

*EDIT

I just tried 1.0 initial release, and the game started working with glitch,,
I just saved a game to see if I can load this save with the latest version.

Nope,, 1.80 doesn't work either,, both ps3/ps4 controller didn't make any changes, any more idea? I've managed this one time before can't remember what the issue was..

From my experience CG cutscenes have always been hit or miss for some games on Nintendont, for other games it can be perfect. I don't think i watched the intro for this game through Nintendont so it may have been this way for quite some time. If you just want to play the game you can skip any cutscenes in any RE game on the GC.

Edit: I just confirmed your problem, is your iso shrunk or 1:1?

Is anyone else getting audio issues with Paper Mario? The music and audio are present and fine but after a bit of waiting in the rogueport plaza it'll become distorted and garbled, then it will stop and then come back like a cycle. I haven't played beyond this point so i don't know if it happens anywhere else.
