Well Colosseum is fine if you leave your console on.

What version? I'm using a v1.00 that was dumped for devolution.

The only extra option I turned on was MC emulation.

Delete your nincfg.

Already did. I think mine is 1.00 as well. My configuration is the same as yours, plus HID on for obvious reasons. I also tried externally powering the PS3 controller so it would draw less away from the hard drive, but it always freezes after pressing start.

Also, the ISO was verified when I CleanRip'd it.

I think HID should be off in WiiU, unless that has changed from previous versions, not sure that would cause a freeze though.

It doesn't matter what it is set to on Wii U. It will detect it's a Wii U and automatically turn on HID once the game starts.

The devs could probably get XD to work since it actually loaded in the really old revisions. Just didn't have any controls.

XD has never fully worked. In the very early revisions (before usb support) it booted to the title menu but had no controls.

why do you say that and didnt give us some details how r73 and r74 work?

Sorry about that i tracked it down to r73 everything works great on r72 but r73 freezes or blackscreens on any game when it says press start or load game i hit start or load game and bam freeze. EDIT=Tried r78 and still have the same issue. Im using a ps3 controller and loading games from usb.

Do you have kenobiwii.bin in the sneek folder and the Cheats option enabled in nintendont?

I don't use sneek, so I don't have the sneek folder, I have to create it anyway?

I guess, it probably doesn't need sneek, but just the folder with the file inside.

Using the latest version 1.78 and nah it's never worked for me for some reason. It's frozen everytime i've tried to use it.

Have you tried to find the version that broke it if you do it will probably be fixed. I think you have the same issue as me try r72 and r73. Delete your nincfg.bin first.

See that's the thing though. There's nothing that broke it, because it has never worked for me. But, I can try r72 and r73 do you mind telling me how I could go about getting those?

Mmm... OK, but I have the cache.txt, anyway I don't think it will be problems, I will change the ID, thanks!

PD: Have you tried my game cache for Shadow The Hedgehog?

EDIT: the cheats doesn't load, I have the game ID name folder, the ID game name .gct and it is with the game.iso

I haven't yet, I am just about to download it and will try it out when I arrive home.

Are you sure about the cheats?
They should be in the following path:
USB:/games/GUPE8P/GUPE8P.gct

Also, don't forget that this cheat code only enables Full Library, so go to Single Player then Library and you should see all 386 paths in there.
