Anyone can make a video from scratch? How to install wads needed, usb configuration, loading. This way, all can have the same config.

You don't really need a video for this. It's pretty much the exact same setup as devolution. Only thing different is you must place a controller.ini onto the root of your usb/sd and plug your HID compatible controller into the bottom back port.

I guess nobody wants to fix memory card support, it sucks how most of the coders don't give a shit about regular Wii anymore!

That's precisely how not to encourage developers. People do care, it's not a simple thing to add, it takes time. Be patient and calm your teats.

Because if someone hasn't done something difficult for you for free right away, that means they don't give a shit about it. The_randomizer is right, you acting like an ass isn't much incentive to work on something.

Emulation is more important, because it works on both the Wii (all versions) and Wii U, doesn't require you to purchase a memory card, and there is less risk of corruption.

i dont know exactily what wads install and right slots. I have the old first vwii wads instaled at right places. But it from a year ago. I dont want to mess all and brick my vwii.
When i try a GC game it stops at Checking FS. But i had try from a pendrive with same result. Is something missing in the system or something not compatible. But without a instalation guide or video i´m stuck. The first page says how to use nintendont but is not clear about the wads install procedure.

no wads required. I had the checking fs error at first but it went away the second time I booted the drive with Nintendont.

Tested r50 on my "Loading patched kernel... -1" Wii. Got multiple "KERNEL FAILED TO LOAD! Shutting down" errors.
Syscheck reports that Hollywood version is 0x21.

After an hour of Wiiflow/Nintendont testing and hair pulling I found the following bugs:
1. nincfg.bin is not being automatically created (from r38 on - maybe before too)
2. when nincfg.bin is present in sd root r49 is the only dol that doesn't codedump all other dols do incl rev50
3. I need to launch Nintendont from HBC at least once for the setup to work
4. No autoboot for games when wiiflow is used
5. USBLoader GX latest 1219 mod6 works flawlessly

P.S. Using old white wii 0x10 Hollywood with GC controller in port 1 (HID option off) and Memory card in slot 1 (doesn't work with nintendont yet)

Keep up the good work

Did you check your HDD? I think nincfg was created in the HDD instead of the sd when i tested the latest revs, that could be the reason you get a codedump if there's a conflict between both files. Other reason could be that the app doesn't need the file anymore (IIRC Greyrogue wanted it to read the config from memory instead of a file)

If autoboot doesn't work with wiiflow is a wiiflow issue and not nintendont's (so it's not a bug), probably due to some changes made on latest revisions, LoaderGX had to update itself as well to work with newer revs.

doing this test while eating:

Black Wii with Gamecube memory card and controller ports, Hollywood v0x21 (put an old D2A drive in it 'cuz i didnt like the model it came with)
Nintendont_r50 tried with USB and SD ... same result :

and with crediars GeckoCli.exe the log stops at
"Updated DDR settings in lomem for current map"
and records nothing further once the game (Double Dash) is selected by pushing a on the Gamecube controller.

Do you mean you get the error shown but the game loads without problems? Or is it stuck there on nintendont, and the thing about the log stopping when you'd press A is only related to the exe?

Do you mean you get the error shown but the game loads without problems? game never loads , screen showed is flashed so fast i had to record it to see what it said Or is it stuck there on nintendont, blackscreens instantly, before game can load and the thing about the log stopping when you'd press A is only related to the exe? log stops as nintendont starts up

White Wii, GC ports, nintendont r50, USB loader gx r1218 mod 05, Hollywood 0x21 :(
Crashes on load whether from hbc or gx, if from gx, will crash immediately wherever I launch it unless I delete nincfg.bin.
Will test more and post results, but it looks like the Hollywood revision is the problem.
Edit: Forgot to mention, tested on USB hard drive FAT 32k which has previously worked with gx, devo and mios.

I am also having lots of issues with the Memory Card emulation.
I tried in both normal Wii and a Wii U, tried different raw dumps, folders, etc.

I always get the "Your memory card needs to be formatted" legend in all the games I have tried.
And I know it is not the raw dump since Devolution works fine with it.

Quick question.

Can anyone confirm that when launching Nintendont usb from Wiiflow, that it automaticly launches the game you choose?

Because for me, when I choose a game from Wiiflow, it takes me to my games list within Nintendont.

If there is anyone who actualy has the gc game automaticly launch from Wiiflow, could you please tell me the exact version of Wiiflow you are using?

Thank you! :-)

USB loader gx 1218 mod 5 doesn't support r50 yet .
You need to test from hbc

If you're trying to use it with nintendont, the debug output is causing a conflict with the Ocarina code handler, so you can't unless you disable debug output. If you're not trying it with nintendont, try running the program as administrator.

It does the same thing for me.
Redirects me to the Nintendon't app and I have to pick the game again.
