Just reporting in to say that the Pokemon Colosseum Nintendo Special (Japanese) Bonus Disc with the free Celebi 'black screens' when choosing the 'Celebi' option in the main menu where all the promotional videos happen to be....this doesn't happen in Dolphin, so I know it's not a bad dump.

The Jirachi NA Colosseum Bonus Disc works just fine, as long as you don't 'trim' the ISO down from what I saw.

i think this fixes the sound issues we had left.
Eh, not quite, Sonic Mega Collection still has the audio delay the first time you run a game, you can get around it by pressing the Z button once after starting the game, not sure if it's worth looking at but nevertheless it should be mentioned in the compatibility list!

Ugh.... I've got flash backs from the game cube broadband adapter loader....
Streaming large files over the network in an environment with any kind of time demand is laughable. Even if your network setup is actually really good, the results you get are going to be about on par with 15 year old disc technology in terms of speed. Even if network latency is measured in microseconds, the bandwidth is still a terrible bottleneck. Even if you make it workable, it's still better to just read off a local storage device.

A nice, cheap flash drive gives super speed by comparison, and most load times (of GCN games, which are at most 1.35 GB in size) zip by in a good, compatible environment.

yes its still a thing and probably will always be, so you have to work around that yourself with your siblings.
Right. Is loading Nintendont from a SD an alternative?

Actually, in an ideal world we could use WiiUs file system format to run our backups etc.
What is it? exFAT? FAT32? a mod of any of those? I'm guessing something similar to ext?
Well, maybe we'll know with the future exploit. ;)
Atm I would settle for partitions. It's still a pain I'll have to buy a 500GB/1TB HDD just for the Wii U knowing I'll never use that much space. :P

Hmm, cant get the halfway down modifier to work, on the first page it says "L", but thats button already mapped, and ZL doesnt do anything for me.

that means your 3rd party controller says its a normal classic controller, thats the problem. Easiest way to fix this is to just buy a proper classic controller pro or a wiiu pro controller which I can only recommend.

Thanks.
Well that kinda sucks, is there anyway I can verify what you are saying? Then Im going to open a ticket in ebay and ask for a refund. 3. party or not, if they sell me a "classic pro" controller I expect to get that, not an gimped classic controller without analogue triggers and a different shape.

If I'm not mistaken, the Classic Controller Pro doesn't have analog triggers.

Attached is what the Genuine Classic Controller Pro should look like. The L and R should be on top and the zL and zR should be on bottom.

EDIT: Just checked and the Classic Controller Pro DOES NOT have analog triggers. They were removed since they were rarely used and the controller couldn't be used for GameCube Games normally.

I been wondering, now since compatibility is almost perfect, how about adding support to run gcz format? I'm not sure if this would be ideal though as it might cause more issues and crashes, someone with technical understanding can probably answer that, but it would be nice to save more space on the hard drive as I admit to say my GC library is rather big and I usually don't compress isos.

I think we are just fine with the already supported formats.
Otherwise we will end up asking for .000-.094 compressed file formats. XD

Give the man a break. :P
I bet whatever plans he has for Nintendont in the future after this will be amazing for sure. :)

I know that the classic controller pro doesnt have analog triggers.
That why I said what I said.

Dont have much experience compiling Wii homebrew, but I could always try. What build environment do you recommend? (Windows/linux?) (Going to install in a VM instead of cluttering up my main computer)

you just need to use the "devkitpro installer" and use the included "Build" file to compile everything, its simple.

Hey, so noobie wii modderhere, with an already hacked wii from my brother with homebrew channel ands hitand d2x cIOS installer, so i was trying to run some old wii games i lost off of USB Loader GX, im aware that your supposed to use a usb drive, but currently the only drive i have is used for steam games and personal stuff so i'm gonna try running them off a 32 GB Fat32 SD Card that i use for all the wii mods i have, but when i try and launch skyward sword from usb loader gx, it goes black for a second then sends me back to homebrew channel? i just looked for guides on here and saw one that said to install CiOS v8 Final Base 57 onto slot 49? but it still does the same even after i do that
