its normal for nintendont to shut down the console when it sees an audiostream sound that isnt aliigned if you had osreport and log on im preety sure it would say

music xxx isnt alligned shutting down.

Didn't know this ^^
Thank you for the info.

Okay, I have the F-Zero AX with Virtua Striker name version, and the GGPE02 version of Mario Kart Arcade 2. How do I start troubleshooting my Card issues?

Wii U
NTSC/U
Latest NINTENDONT (which I think is 3.333)
Latest (if one could call it that) HBC
GX r1239.
etc etc
Never. NOT EVEN ONCE has NINTENDONT asked me if I wanted to display in progressive or not.
And it should be OBVIOUS that I'm using MCemu (as the Wii U has no GCN compatibility (that they know off at least...)
On the other hand it does so every time if I launch from GX.
Maybe you're forcing a display mode or something? If I leave it at auto it doesn't ask jack sh!t.
About the resolution, it's not a "one size fits all" kinda thing you know.
Yeah, sure. I have it set to 1080p as well. But that's just because my TV happens to be Full HD.
There are a lot (a LOT) of folks out there with HD Ready (1366x768) sets that would actually do more harm than good by using 1080p (double scaling FTL) and besides, 720p, 1080p they're all progressive so it shouldn't make a difference.
With that said, yeah. NINTENDONT never asks me if I want progressive or not.
i use mostly video forced ntsc(becuase it looks better for me rather than auto, since forced ntsc doesnt have defliker) maybe try with forced ntsc? But it asks me for progressive even in auto, someone said that pal wiius and ntsc wiius are upside down, i heard ntsc wiius will always asks for progressive if mcemu is off while pal ones ask if mcemu is on, try putting mceemu off on your ntsc wiiu and se what happens.Of course try it with a game that you know it has the question.

im not sure how triforce mcemu is created but i think its mcemu on?

go to your save files and delete the fake raw cards created for them when you used mcemu on if you booted them before, they should have the id that the iso has, delete those raws.

if those raws are gone then creatin an triforce card ingame should be simple.

Okay. Will try that. Honestly, I probably messed something up in the dump because I am using Windows through a VM in parallels to do a lot of the stuff because I'm a Mac user. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't something to do with the loader/etc that was causing it.

I'm a Mac user too and if you want a true Mac way of checking the MD5 hash you can just use the Terminal Command "md5 path/to/game.iso" and compare it to redump.org if you don't want to load up Parallels.

Traditionally when you console shuts off or reboots it mean that Nintendont can't patch something properly which usually indicates a bad dump or badly shrunken ISO.

The Wii is simply a more powerful GameCube just as the Wii U is simply a more powerful Wii. All 3 systems use the same CPU and GPU architecture.

I've only ever had the game ask me about Progressive if I turn EmuMC OFF.

Hi, I don't know if this is already being answered but I searched a lot and I couldn't get an answer myself. The thing is I have a cordless rumblepad 2 connected in the front of my Wii U Usb port and it works fine in all matters if I use it as P1 every time however if I start Nintendont with my Wii U pro controller (I mean using the WiiU pro controller as P1) the Wii U Pro controller will get stuck down unless I disconnect the cordless rumblepad 2 before hand from the usb port before starting Nintendont. The WiiU pro controller works perfectly if it is used as P2 every time. I don't know what to do in this situation to make the wiiU pro controller behave properly.

Hid controllers have priority over BT controllers, you will never be able to have a BT controller over an Hid one.Hid will always take the priority in the number list.

I get that but why does the WiiU pro behave anomaly after having that other controller plugged in?

im guessing your wiiu pro isnt official? it probably freaks out when hid comes and takes his spot and tryes to move him into position 2.

its basicaly like this

GC(wiis with gc ports not adapter)>Hid>BT

your trying to use a BT controller as a player one while some part of the hid device is plugged in the console, of course the hid controller is still sending signals trough the cable and im betting its interfearing with your BT controller im guessing bith signals are getting trough as P1 and making a mess.

To get a BT controller as player one you must have all GC and hid controllers disconnected from the console, since they will take the BT controller spot or interfere.

if you want to do multiplayer with hid and a BT controller then you really need to let the hid be Nº1 controller and the BT as nº2.

Okay, after I delete the RAWs, what do I want to do? I have some .bins for the arcade games. I assume those are the true save files. What setting should I pick when I load the game?

I'm playing on a Wii U memcard emulation off or on I'm still getting the same problems. What do I do?

yeah bins are true triforce cards, maybe your bins are corrupted? try deleting the bins and fake mcemus and try again with mcemu on to creat a good bin.

virtua striker does not save, crediar never got the virtua card save module so he never coded it, when you exit any triforce game an the game is saved and it says remove your card on the screen you are supposed to shutdown the console.

I think I tried that, but I'll try again. Should I run them from USB or SD card?

its the same SD or USB, altough sd cards are always slower on wiiu, but Sd cards should work as long as the SD card isnt write protected but i still prefer usb tough.
