does Nintendont give you a number before system reboot?
Nothing, I just launch the game and it freezes (or loads or whatever) for about 10 seconds and then the Wii U restarts. Nothing in the log file

try windwaker

It says "Loading patched kernel . . ." (which it didn't say for the other games) and then the Wii U resets.
The log file is empty.
I used a copy of wind waker that I ripped from my own disc. It was in the /Wind Waker folder in game.iso format

What controller are you using?
I did not see one, I can check in a secwhat number is right after ""Loading patched kernel . . ."
It will be on the same line
Wii remote with a classic controller pro attached
I did not see one, I can check in a sec
I'll edit this once I check
EDIT: the number is 1
-1: Kernel failed to load
-3: HID init failed
0: ES init failed
1: SD init failed
2: FAT init failed
3: CFG init failed
4: HID init failed
5: DI init failed
6: CARD init failed (It will wait here while creating a new memory card)
Try a different SD card
Also I don't think classic controller is supported
I don't have any other compatible controllers then. I tried ps3 but it wouldn't hook up correctly for some reason
and I'll try to find a different sd
Just plug the ps3 controller into the front slot on the wiiU and get the ps3.ini from the first post. Rename it to controller.ini and place it in the root of your sd
no need for bluetooth? I've been using devolution and I could only find ways to set it up with bluetooth, which didnt even work
I havn't seen anyone post a problem like that and I'm very active with this thread. Nintendont should work fine on any kind of Wii exept family edition (which gives error -1) unless someone fixed that
For some reason my Wii doesn't work with Nintendont. Since the Zelda alpha it always ends up on green screen with "Loading patched kernel... -1" message.
And my Wii is GameCube-compatible, i.e. not Family Edition, and doesn't support BootMii as boot2.
-1 has always been an unsolvable error and nobody knows what causes it![]()
first post
Both games do not work, I have tested them myself. If you have Luigis Mansion PAL then it works (with sound!).
Try testing with a confirmed game on the list and post your results

Nintendont doesn't support bluetooth without an adapter
how do i get this to work ?
do i need a controller.ini or just setup in settings?![]()

never played a second of any of the three games and all sound was distorted untill something froze a game.
overall it would just be easier to play on my Gamecube or Wii but worth a fidget , i like finding time to fiddle with these things
