There is no explanations about .gcs files in nintendont op
the file should be converted to .gci in order to be usable.

yeah i just read my ass off before i posted this lol. any help would be great. if someone could just convert a DBZB2 save for me that'd be great. or link me to .exe that convert?

GCS files are not GCI files, but Dolphin can read both!
In the Memcard Manager, the Import GCI button can also import GCS saves.
