Hacking Nintendon't Not seeing certain files...

Hi! I have 3 files on my usb drive and Nintendon't only sees one (Star Fox assault) I'm not sure why the other two are not showing up (I've renamed and placed them in their own folders) has anyone ever had to deal with this before?

if its Game.iso, try renaming to game.iso
