Homebrew nintendont hid controller stuck with rapid fire help?

hi yall id like some help if you can...

so im using a ps3 style hid controller all works perfectly besides the fact that nintendont has it rapid firing for some reason
this is not a part of the controller i wouldnt mind it but i cant do things that require holding a button down like sliding across a wall in windwaker it has rendered me un able to play ...

id really appreciate a fix of some sort if some one can help me <3
