Nintendo said a few months ago the wiiu servers will not end until 2020 at the earliest so still plenty time left.

They did say that but dont be surprise if they decide to end it early than 2020. Anything is possible.

Nintendo stopped producing Wii U consoles around a year ago, their last game was Breath of the Wild back in March. This is a strange question, why would Nintendo themselves make any more Wii U games?

I wouldnt say WiiU will be up much longer really. Any additional day is a blessing.
As for the 3ds, I can see them being up for quite some time since theres still a lot of people playing. At least judging from Pokemon S/M

Well until they release some form of Super Mario Maker and Super Smash Bros on the Switch, I'm sure they'll keep the Wii U servers up.
