ok so i live in italy but i am in vacation in a country where nintendo video is unavaible
my region settings are set to italy but it won't work so i think it has ip check, the eshop still works fine though
is there any way to change my ip to italy by using a proxy
i searched and what i found were proxies to use with a browser so yeah...
ps: i tried changing the country in the router settings but in vain...

pretty sure it works with 3ds as well...

*edit*: actually this can allow you do download the video to your 3ds from your computer, and then u use a proxy on your computer to download it. Basicly computer proxy to get the videos from nintendo servers, then program to copy the video to 3ds. hope i helped
