i have here a switch Console, with no TV Output while on the check.
There are no short caps on the P13USB. Also the input filter seems fine.
Checking the board by using the Wiki (Without Battery, just USB C Conenction)

i checked the following Pads
on Cluster B - Pad 5 -> 0V (Wiki says 3,3V)
on Cluster B - Pad 4 -> 5V (Wiki says 3,3V)
So in which direction i should go now ?

It seems the USB-C connector has a loose connection. Will Replace him tomorrow and check again
