Hardware Nintendo Switch V1 Weird bip noise

Hi everybody, I just bought a nintendo switch on ebay. And it's making a weird noise. I think the fan is not working at all but i'm not sure.
Any idea of the cause ? I made a a video of the noise.

I've just opened my swtich to see if something wrong with the fan. I turned it on and found out that the fan is just making small turn with a beep each time.
Any clue with that ?

Well, seems like either something is blocking the fan, or it died and needs replacement.

Correct. Will likely need this unless flicking the fan frees it up. It being stuck like that though suggests it needs replacement.

I know this post is old but im having the exact same problem. Did replacing the fan solve this or what did you end up doing?
