Hardware Nintendo switch shorted A7 (d+) rail draws .45A

Hello All, does anyone know what components on pin A7 line. I have removed P13 ic and short is still there, also shows on the capacitor above.
It is not the port as I also removed that to eliminate, removed m96. Without all of the above short still there. Removed max77620 as small cap is shorted next to it. Few other places on the line show shorts. Pulled off caps and they all OK. Caps marked with marker on the pics are shorted.
Any help appreciated.

did you check emi filter next to usb port,(if you board rev. has emi)

Just took off 6 legged diode and short is gone!!! Thank you for suggesting. Now all I have to do is replace 3 ics and port. I have left filter on that line but will it work without that 6 legged friend???

Well, whilst short on A7 gone other shorts on the back of the board are still present. I think I have to take memory off to eliminate those.
Would you know what might be wrong with the other switch I have that docks and works fully but screen is not showing in handheld mode (back-light works and screen too, not connector or ribbon fault). Could it be lcd driver 8316??? Original fault was completely dead and after changing m92t36 it came on with no screen.
