So, I modded my switch a few years ago and didn't use the stock firmware for anything (to clarify, I'm not sure whether I edited the Sysnand by accident, or just Emunand, I don't think I would have touched the Sysnand), unfortunately, despite making multiple copies of my NAND backup, all the methods I used to save my backup failed me, so I didn't have a backup. Shortly after, my switch died while in AutoRCM mode, thus, wouldn't switch on and for some reason it broke just about everything, so I made a backup of my Sysnand to restore it to complete stock, which worked, unfortunately, in doing so, for some reason my stock serial number was blank and all my homebrew games from my modded firmware were 'showing' on my stock, which I assume means it's no longer clean. I never used the stock OS online and don't recall whether or not the serial number was always blank on stock or not before the brick, but I assume not as I managed to find a prodinfo the has the serial number and device ID.

Cut to now, my stock firmware seems to be back to normal on 16.0, with CFW on emu on 19.0. In one of the methods used to restore the switch I used NxNandManager to rebuild it and the prodinfo file in the backup has my serial number and device ID in it, however, I'm not sure whether or not everything else will have any identifier showing it as 'unclean'. I tried to restore my serial using Incognito_RCM from my prodinfo file, but it says 'Unknown pkg1 version' thus won't do anything. I'm reluctant to do anything more to it without first searching the internet for alternatives so I don't brick it completely.

Is there a way to restore the serial number to the stock OS without completely wiping it with things like tegra explorer of haku33?

TLDR; Bricked my switch, fixed switch, OFW serial gone (no idea why), no full backup but still have prodinfo showing serial, can serial be restored to stock and can my switch be completely restored to stock?

That's probably because of exosphere.ini, which makes your sysMMC prodinfo blank, try to open the exosphere file from your PC and replace the "1" at the voice "blank_prodinfo_sysmmc" with a "0" and see if your serial number comes back again, if It doesn't, you probably Need to rebuild the nand using your prodinfo and Boot0/1 dumps
