There are nintendo joy con shells but are there any shells for the Pro controller like splatoon 2 version or xenoblade?

There are no pro controllwe, or pro controller shells that I'm aware of.
The biggest market is for Joy-Con shells, so that's what the companies make.

What colors are you looking for? For the pro controller I'm going to start with white shells, original black handles and buttons first.

For the joycons I've started with gloss black shells, and red/pink/green/blue/yellow/white/etc... buttons.

I have much more coming, just need the time to get them done. Having a child 3 year old running around does not help productivity lol.

I'm guessing injection molded, it looks too smooth to be 3D printed, unless they sanded the bejeezus out of it before painting

It's the original genuine gray joycon shells, lightly sanded, light primer, gloss black spray, clear enamel spray after, baked for 30 minutes at 175°.

That was the first set I attempted. I've done spray painting for my car and engine parts, so this isn't something new to me. I'll have more colors coming soon, I just want to make sure everything is as close to perfect before I start offering them up

I don't have anything for the pro controller yet. I just purchased a brand new one a couple days ago. I'll be taking apart my older one and testing out paint on it when I get the time.
