Hardware Nintendo Switch periodically makes an odd vibration

My Nintendo Switch with FW 10.2.0 and the last SX OS version when it is in standby mode it makes an odd light vibration with the left joycon. It’s very light, like a soft single beat of heart with a constant rhythm. How can I remove this? It’s a bug or something like that?

That happens on my stock unit as well. I assumed it was normal.

No idea, but based on the fact that Joy-Cons rumble when they connect, maybe the system periodically connects to them in sleep mode for whatever reason.
