Nintendo Switch OLED - help with component

Hi everyone,

New to the forum - hoping someone can help please.

A component has broken off my Switch OLED motherboard but I am having trouble finding the replacement resistor on Farnell or anywhere online. Is anyone able to identify this resistor and even better have a link to buy a replacement for this particular resistor that has broken off? I'm in the UK by the way, I think its a 0201 4K7 ohm resistor but don't know the correct variation, temperature and voltage etc. so its hard to find the right one online.

It is the 4.7k ohm 0201 resistor. Any variation should work. The switch is not that sensitive

The value of the comonent is 105ohm resistor
