Nintendo switch fusee.bin problem

So a little bit of a problem ever since I downloaded fusee.bin I tried to get smash ultimate dlcs and all that jazz for free including a Nintendo switch online account and now when I tried to download the stuff on to my game sure enough server communication error every single time I try to download a new game boom server communication error and also when I try to click on my profile it just crashes completely so I really need help because I have no idea what's wrong and I tried everywhere so this is my last hope and also like super smash bros runs on everything else except fusee.bin so that messes up half the stuff you were probably hoping for to fix this issue if you know how to fix this please reach out because I'm in desperate need for some help

Yeah so by the sounds of it, your got yourself banned? And sad to say, there is not fix for that.

There is a reason people advise if your going to anything questionable, that you run it on a emunand, and never connect to Nintendo

i still have the background i downloaded but lets see emuMMC

and like i said it still works when i run emummc the only thing that doesnt work is fusee.bin so im pretty sure im not banned because on emummc I still have arcropolis

So let me double check this right. Are you trying to download stuff from Nintendo's servers? or a homebrew server? The lack of punctuation makes it difficult to understand. If it is piracy related, I cannot help you there as a fair warning.

oh, sorry lol definitely not Nintendo servers everything I have downloaded is on fusee.bin
