I wonder what wrench are they trying to throw at CFW users this time. We probably won't get an update right away since sciresm is traveling or something right now

"General system stability" is actually correct in this sense.
But they use this statement in ALL of their updates without given a real explanation. They could've done this to hide their regards to blocking CFW or flashcards in this sense.

They generally don't have to provide it. 99% of people won't understand what they say anyway.

Yes, I agree. But the majority of console owners would not have a clue, unless they've provided blurbs on the matter.
